I don't think I'm too impressed by that members comment. It doesn't sound like they're in support in any way. I think the persons either trying to say that the homeless asking for money is wrong (i used to get that a lot out on the street) or if this forum is asking for money or something. I'm confused. Lol.

i think you have the wrong impression of that guideline it is not to suggest that homeless people ask for money but to ward off those who would falsely claim to be homeless and prey on peoples sympathies
