I Played In The Homeless World Cup

I recently talked to a guy from New York who had been homeless, but has turned his life around after getting involved with the Homeless World Cup. He traveled to Copenhagen in August to play soccer in the international cup tournament - something he said he didn't dream he'd ever do. Here the link to the full story - I highly recommend it. Some of the homeless World cup participants used their European visas to get into Europe and then did a runner .. Now living as illegal immigrants.
