any agencies that will help????

I am currently homeless after my military husband divorced me (he found someone else) I am not able to work from back injury, and was denied disability 3 times in court. Still fighting this. I am looking for a job but not able to sustain well as it hurts when i stand too long. Im middle aged female. I have a truck thats it to my name. I been sleeping in it. Taking showers at the truck stop. Is there any agencies that will help me with a job or an apt? I have tried the workforce commision and other places like this without any success. I have even tried the rehabilitation services but no success either. I keep putting job applications in everywhere even temp agencies. No one will hire...Im in el paso texas. I have no money to move ..no family or friends. I feel so alone and rejected by society. Help me please? Im reaching out.:confused:

It sounds like you are having a pretty rough time of things.
I'm not from America myself, but we do have American members who might know of something in your area.

Like the rest already said - welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear you're having such a hard time at the moment, thanks for your post. I'm in Australia myself, and if you were here you'd receive disability benefits, no question. We're definitely not perfect with our social security, but US welfare lets so many people down. I'm sorry to hear about your ill health also, makes it very hard to live if it's very hard to work. I guess you've tried alot of the job agencies around el paso, but here's a few links a found on google of some agencies and services in El Paso who may be able to help out, with some work and housing or whatever you need. I really hope things get better for you soon.
