Snowangel, you may want to have a look at this directory: www.homeless.org.au/directory/ (http://www.homeless.org.au/directory/) it's a very old list, that I have updated every now and then, but needs some work.

Anyway if you are looking for something you may find it there or you may have some suggestions for inclusion / improved layout / categorization.
