Was just curious if its safe to drink you own urine to stay hydrated?

There isnt much rain here, and i've been doing it for weeks now, and I hope I'm not going to get sick from it.

Any advice on this would be great.

hello there umm maybe ive missed other posts by this person but i think you both sound very harsh to this person ......... maybe it was a warranted question and no access to tap water or other water as we do not really no this persons whereabouts in saying that i would like to know what they do for food............

I think it's warranted, like Dominic posted, If they have access to a computer with internet access then why would they need to drink their own urine? and that's despite the fact that the user stated they know more about homeless than any of us.... so I think that's a tad insulting and alot of bullshit, somebody obviously provoking other users. But for me, LOL a bit of light entertainment to break up the afternoon.

Urine Can Be Safely Comsumed But It Need To Be Distilled First Otherwise The Salts Dehydrate You Further
